Flow performance

The gasket pack contains 1 pre-filter gasket to seal the water inlet when pumping water through the pre-filter.

It also contains 6 spare seals for the handle, 2 of which are permanently required for filtration and 4 of which can be stored in the handle seal reserve for future replacement.

    To maintain the seals on the ORISA® handle and pre-filter, remove them and apply a small layer of silicone grease to lubricate them and maintain a good seal.

How often should I replace the seals?

There is no set time limit. Durability depends on how you use and maintain your seals. We therefore recommend that you check the condition of your seals and apply silicone grease if they are not sufficiently lubricated. To do this, you can check the seals at the end of the handle, inside the system, by unlocking the handle latch to remove it. Also, when you clean the prefilter regularly with the ORISA® brush, make sure that the seal is still in good condition. If it is not, replace them to keep the filtration system watertight. If the seals are too worn, they can lead to a loss of pressure, affecting the filtration flow rate.
