Delivery methods
We deliver to mainland France, Germany, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, Italy, Luxembourg and Austria,
Once your order has been paid for, it will take 24-48 hours (working days) to prepare. It will then be entrusted to the carrier you chose when you placed your order.

Pick up your ORISA® at our premises
Buy your ORISA® and collect it from our administrative offices in Nantes
If you would like to collect your order from our premises at 9 rue de la Grande Bretagne, 44300 Nantes, please contact us by telephone (06 59 53 07 81) so that we can tell you how to proceed. Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 9am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 5pm.
Returns
Would you like to return your order?
The conditions for returns are specified in the General Terms and Conditions. If you wish to make a return, the products must be returned in the condition in which they were at the time of receipt and in the original packaging. The products must not have suffered any depreciation, have not been soaked in water, damaged or deteriorated. Any product that has been damaged, deteriorated or soaked in water cannot be returned.
